Warranty: Star Tech Journal guarantees all of our products. Hard Copy: If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the manual for a full refund. Downloads: Contact us if for any reason you had trouble with your download. We will re-activate your link for another download. For obvious reasons, no refunds will be issued for downloads. CDs: In the event a CD-ROM proves to be defective, it will be replaced immediately upon receipt. CD-ROMs may not be returned for credit. Shipping not included. Warranty does not include damage due to misuse or abuse.
